I'm sorry to hear that. You do need to note that for these things, you just need to open a ticket in the discord. Unless the payment was unsuccessful, we can just get you your key back easily.
Edit: I just found out you paid via PayPal. For security reasons, it automatically gets delivered to your PayPal email. If you read the message correctly, you wouldn't have this issue. Please check your PayPal email.
